3. Purchases & Payments
Fees are disclosed prior to purchase. Taxes may apply. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the amount due.
4. Refunds
Swinfex offers a 7‑day refund policy for eligible purchases as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Use of the Services
You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to: infringing intellectual property rights, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operations, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules.
